Description: Oversized 1927 figural baseball trophy. Imposing 31" tall silverplated trophy atop a painted wooden base was awarded to the Woodcliffe Pleasure Park Champion in 1927. The trophy lid features a large 7" tall figural batter. Team that won the trophy was Van's Dodgers Baseball Club; a period baseball schedule for the season (advertising Dodge Motor Cars) is included. Overall condition remains quite good with some age cracking to the base and slight wear to the slverplate in a few areas: EX
