Description: 1928 New York Yankees team auto. baseball. Toned and lightly clear coated B.Johnson AL ball signed by (24) members of the World Champion Yankees incl. Ruth, Gehrig, Lazzeri, Covaleski, Meusel, Combs, Pipgras, Hoyt, Koenig, and Collins. Sigs. range from 5-9 out of 10 with the vast majority grading 7 or better. One side panel has a slightly heavier clear coat and accounts for most of the middle grade signatures. The ball has a period ink dating of 1928 on the opposite sweet spot. Very desirable and tough 1920's era Yankee team ball with a notably strong Ruth signature. Includes LOA from James Spence Authentication: Ball: Range VG-EX, Signatures: Range VG-EX-NM
