Significant autographed invitation signed during the 75th Anniversary banquet to honor the National League in New York on Feb. 2, 1951. The piece measures 6"x8" and has been signed by Eddie Collins, Rogers Hornsby, Ty Cobb, Charles Kid Nichols, Jimmie Foxx, Pie Traynor, Mel Ott, Ed Walsh, Charles Gehringer, Cy Young, Fred Clarke, Mickey Cochrane, and Tris Speaker. Signatures range from 8-10 out of 10 remaining very bold overall. The invitation has been matted and framed with a vintage 10"x14" black and white image of the players posed at the banquet.
