Signature rates 10 out of 10, includes the original Oct. 2, 1939 cancellation from the envelope in which it was sent. Collins signed images are fairly tough to acquire with the offered example being among the finest that we have handled. Includes LOA from James Spence Authentication and LOA from PSA/DNA: NM
