Custom foldout Christmas card with lengthy salutations penned in Cobb's classic green ink with interesting content which, in part, reads: "I have had a few 'rocks in my road' of late, been in clinics to determine.." and "I go to N.Y. for an honor also award as voted the 'ball player of the age. I return to Atlanta, the clinic, to determine final decision to operate...". Interior of the card is signed "Ty Cobb" rating 9 out of 10. Retains original envelope dated 1959 which has been addressed by Cobb including "T.R. Cobb" signature on the return address. Includes LOA from PSA/DNA and LOA from James Spence Authentication: EX-MT
