Description: Lot of Ty Cobb and vintage Detroit related items c.1910-40's. Varied grouping of items to include several personal effects from Ty Cobb such as his 1954 Royston Lodge membership card, hunting knife with "T.R.C." engraved initials, and a burl wood smoking pipe (with tobacco remnants). The aforementioned items were originally given to Cobb biographer Al Stump in the final year of Cobb's life (1961). Lot also includes a Detroit Athletic Club cigar box, Tuxedo tobacco tin, and Tuxedo tobacco wrappers: Range VG-EX/MT
