Description: Scarce Momen Clemente professional model baseball bat c.1955-60. L.Slugger 125 model bat measures 35" long and weighs 33oz. Knob end has S2 stamped along with period #21 written in dark red marker. Bat has tremendous usage incl. handle crack that extends into the centerbrand area, rack marks, evidence of handle tape removal, and barrel wear incl. cleat marks. The surface of the bat has some abrasions and the barrel end exhibits some dryness. Originally obtained from Pitt. Pirates Manager of Concessions & Advertising Myron O'Brisky. It was given to the current owner by O'Brisky before a Pirate's game in the 1950's. One of the most sought after player game bat variations and the first example that we have handled. Includes notarized letter of provenance and LOA from SCD Authentic D.Bushing-D.Knoll: VG-EX
