Description: John J. McGraw and Connie Mack 1911 World Series photograph by George Grantham Bain. Fine 4 3/4"x6 3/4" sepia tone image of the two baseball legends shaking hands during the 1911 World Series. Striking original image picturing two men who could not be more different in their approach to the game and many times were quite adversarial. Marked Culver Services on the back and uncommonly stamped on the front with Bain's copyright. Photo has a surface imperfection at top roght and a line wrinkle at bottom right neither of which affect the overall image: EX
