Description: Bing Miller professional model bat used and returned to the H&B factory by Joe Cronin c.1936-37. L.Slugger 125 model bat measures 35" long and weighs 35oz.with vault marked model number C32 stamped on both knob and barrel end. Bat exhibits significant usage wear incl. handle crack and barrel use. Factory side writing remains on side panel reading "35 oz. Joe Cronin 5-8-37 Boston Amer. Lea." and "J. Cronin" is written in pencil under the trademark. Miller's last year with the Red Sox was 1936 and it appears that Joe Cronin used this bat and then returned it to the H&B factory for reorder. Desirable and interesting bat relating to two great players of the era incl. HOF'er Joe Cronin. Includes LOA from SCD Authentic D.Bushing/D.Knoll and letter of provenance from the Hillerich & Bradsby Co: EX
