Description: 1888 Boston Ball Club cabinet photograph by Joseph Hall. Beaneaters team pictured in a studio setting with illustrative facial toning incl. Hoss Radbourn, King Kelly, John Clarkson, and Billy Nash. Image has only minor wear retaining original contrast and clarity, mount has a corner crease at lwr. left which is reinforced on back by linen archival tape and 11/2” long by 1/8” deep area on the the right edge of the mount which was missing and has been professionally restored. Wonderful early example of Boston baseball photography, overall appearance is EX: VG
