Acknowledged as the first of the tobacco card issues and among the most attractive as well the offered set contains 10 cards with color litho. illustrative fronts. Key cards grade as follows: Anson: Has some very lt. border staining: EX, Clarkson: EX-EX/MT, Comiskey: EX/MT-NM, Keefe: Has some lt. surface soiling: EX, Kelly: EX, and Ward: EX. All cards have fairly clean backs with only a few having minor staining and Bennett having an abrasion. Clean example of a very desirable early set with excellent breakdown potential: Range VG/EX-NM
