Description: Rare Tris Speaker game used baseball bat c. 1921-28. 34 1/2" L.S. 125 model bat is cracked at handle and exhibits a tapered knob. Bold stampings and trademark remain intact, bat has very defined graining with desirable original color and surface. Speaker was one of the greatest hitters in Major League history with a lifetime batting average of .344 and was one of the original inductees to the HOF. Very seldom offered game bat from a premier player of the period. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from David Bushing: EX-EX/MT
