Believed to be only the third example of this tough and desirable photograph offered at auction picturing the 1929 NL Champion Cubs standing on the field with titling beneath. Players include Hornsby, Wilson, Cuyler, and manager Joe McCarthy. Marked photo by J.Bodziak at lower right corner, image retains original contrast with some minor adhesive residue around the white border (not visible under matting) and a few surface scratches. 7"x30" matted: EX-EX/MT
