Description: Rare Harry Heilmann professional model baseball bat c. mid 1920's. L.Slugger 125 model bat measures 34 1/4" and weighs 35.5 oz. with great usage wear incl. period deadwood repairs w/small nails on back of barrel and a single nail on front of barrel. Retains very bold original manufacturer and player stampings with beautifully grained wood. Heilmann was regarded as one of the finest batsman of his era compiling a lifetime total of 2,660 hits.
