Description: 1966 Lee Elia Chicago White Sox road jersey. Light blue flannel shirt with original team name on front and #49 on both front and back. "Elia" has been removed from the back of the shirt which has left a few small holes. Retains MacGregor tag inside collar, MacGregor Set 2 1966 tag and dry cleaning tag remain inside tail. Jersey shows nice usage and wash wear, has some stitching separation at right shoulder. Signed by Elia on the front. Includes LOA from SCD Authentic David Bushing/Dan Knoll: VG-EX
