Description: Superb set of (4) large format original photographs of the Brooklyn "Bum" Emmett Kelly c.1957. One of the most attractive groups of original photography that we have handled each measuring 9"x13" matted and framed. Sepia tone photographs all picture the adopted 'Bum' mascot in various Ebbets Field scenes including one with a "Keep the Dodgers in Brooklyn Committee" banner in background and another depicting a spine tingling image of Kelly signing an autograph for a young boy in a corridor of Ebbets Field with outfield lights in the background. Images remain very clean with original contrast and only a few minor surface wrinkles. Very high quality set of period imagery that is the finest of its' type that we have encountered.
