Description: Early Town ball style baseball bat c.1860's. Primitive 32" lightly tapered handled and well worn oblong knob. Faintly stamped "NYORR" lettering on the handle, barrel of bat shows heavy usage wear including some indentations. Handle shows proper patina with smooth surface, fine early bat similar to the Massachusetts style bats of the same period: VG-EX
