Description: Rare 1888 "Goodwin Tobacco Base Ball" souvenir album pages. Regarded as one of the finest 19th century issues of its' type the offered lot features (9) color lithographic baseball display pages from the Goodwin album with various players incl. Anson, Keefe, Ewing, Ward, Kelly, and Connor. Colors remain vibrant and bold with printing on back intact as well. Condition report as follows: Ward page has a small repaired tear with inpainting/ Ewing-Keefe page has repaired tear at bindery hole/ Brown-Foster page has two small repaired punctures with some inpainting/ several of the pages have some light to moderate toning on backs.
