Description: The James Armstrong Hall of Famer autographed oversized baseball. Huge 9" diameter Giles NL baseball from the famous Armstrong collection signed by approx. (65) players obtained in person by Armstrong at various games and events including Hall of Fame inductions. Combination of players is nothing short of unique and impressive to include: Vance, Grove, Cobb, Clemente, DiMaggio, Foxx, Goslin, Dean, Baker, Stengel, Faber, Ott, Speaker, Williams, Wheat, Clarke, Robinson, Aaron, Schalk, P.Waner, and Crawford. Signatures range from 2-9 out of 10, most of the lower grade signatures are on a few areas of the ball that have darkened from age toning. Includes several photos of players signing the ball in the period with Jim Armstrong, very interesting and rare piece of baseball autographed memorabilia: Range VG-EX/MT
