Inscribed is New York's Finest Champions Award presented to Joe Frazier at the Downtown Athletic Club 1989. The Downtown Athletic Club, located in the lower part of Manhattan not far from the World Trade Center site, is one of the most prominent clubs in America. It is the home of the famed Heisman Trophy.
