Description: Rare and Important 1910 Philadelphia Athletics World Championship pennant. Huge 42" vertical pennant with white on blue applied elephant and characters presented to Lapp for his participation in the 1910 Championship team. Pennant remains in remarkable original condition with only light soiling that could be cleaned if so desired. This is only the second such example of this pennant that we have encountered with the other having belonged to team member Bris Lord that we auctioned in February of 2000. Impressive early Championship related display piece of notable rarity: EX-EX/MT
