Presented to catcher Earl Smith for his participation on the Champion Giants the offered medal is an extraodinarily ornate 14K gold medallion weighing one ounce with an inset diamond on the right side. Beautiful classical motif decor adorns the front with "Giants World's Champions", back is inscribed, "Presented to Earl Smith by the Commissioner of Baseball" and stamped 14K.
