Description: Scarce Sept. 22, 1927 Tunney vs. Dempsey "Long Count" boxing program and full ticket. Legendary championship fight in which Tunney was knocked down by Dempsey and then due to a technicality was given a "longer" then normal count after which he recovered and went on to win the championship. Program is uncommonly clean with a light center fold line and some general light usage wear featuring numerous photographs of the fighters: EX. The ticket remains intact and complete with embossed images of the boxers on reverse. Has a small corner crease at lower right otherwise grades EX-MT.
