Description: Significant "Home Run Polka" baseball sheet music c.1867. One of the earliest examples of baseball related sheet music to picture a game scene on the front by Mrs. Bodell of Washington and is dedicated to "National Base Ball Club" of Washington. Features a full baseball game scene engraving o front in black, gold, and white tinting. Was originally part of a larger bound volume of sheet music and as such has some minor chips to spine from removal. Remains clean overall with strong original color and clean interior: EX
