Description: 1948 Hartford Indians baseball jersey with related Dartmouth team auto. baseball. Cream color flannel shirt retaining "Indians" across front and embroidered patch on sleeve. MacGregor/Goldsmith tags remain in collar, orig. #10 is on back. Jersey was worn by William Carey who played for the semi-pro team and at Dartmouth. Lot also includes Harridge AL ball signed by the 1944 Dartmouth team including Charles Stoneham Feeney who was the nephew of NY Giants owner Chas. Stoneham and later became Pres. of National League.
