Interesting and quite possibly uniquely inscribed Mickey Mantle signature baseball autographed across the sweet spot in blue ink. Signed, "Mickey Charles Mickey" rating 8 out of 10 on a moderately toned MacPhail AL ball. It was believed by the consignor to have related to a nickname by which Mantle was called by family members in the stead of his full given name of Mickey Charles Mantle. Whether explained as mentioned or if the Mick was simply distracted for a brief moment during a signing the offered example stands as a likely unique specimen of noted desirability.
