Description: 1931 Philadelphia Athletics World Series press pin. Original pin issued for games played at Shibe Park featuring the classic elephant logo accented in white enamel in blue Liberty Bell design. Unmarked with threaded post back (screw down closure is missing) and there is just a hint of light tarnish/wear. Perhaps the rarest press pin issued in the 1930s and one of only a handful we can recall seeing offered at auction: EX-EX/MTEstimated Price Range: ($1,500-$2,500)
