Highly regarded presentational piece has been bestowed each year since 1969 with recipients including some of the greatest names in football history. Composite figural with bronze surface incorporates a pair of players in action displayed on pedestal base. Engraved brass placard at base front reads "Jack Youngblood Defensive Player of the Year National Football Conference 1976." Lettered on the back, "A salute to the men of Professional Football by the Committee of 101 of the Chiefs Club of Kansas City."
