Description: Ty Cobb professional model baseball bat c.1908 (PSA/DNA GU6) Spalding "Autograph" model bat with Cobb facsimile signature burned in measures 34.5" long and weighs 41oz. As noted in the accompanying PSA documentation these measurements, along with specific knob, handle, and barrel dimensions are consistent with his Cobb's Louisville Slugger C28 model. Cobb was a Spalding endorsee in 1908, specifically, and it was the lone year in which the Company produced professional grade bats for his use. The offered example is uncracked with use evident throughout including ball marks on the barrel. The PSA letter does note that it lacks any Cobb specific usage traits.
