Description: 1940 Detroit Tigers team signed large format photograph - American League Champions. Oversized (11"x14") black and white photograph has been signed by all shown with a total of (33) autographs including Hank Greenberg, Charles Gehringer, Rudy York, Earl Averill, Birdie Tebbets, Fred Hutchinson, Tom Bridges, Schoolboy Rowe, Pinky Higgins, Red Kress, Dick Bartell, Bing Miller, Pete Fox, and others. All are done in period fountain pen rating 7 to 7/8 out of 10. Stamped "Kunzel" on the back and there is a handwritten year/team identifier. Displays well with a touch of light wear that would have little to no effect when the piece is framed for display. Includes auction LOA from JSA: EX-EX/MTEstimated Price Range: ($750-$1,000)
