Description: Pie Traynor professional model baseball bat c.1928-29. Louisville Slugger 125 mode bat with Traynor facsimile signature in the barrel measures 36" long and weighs 36.9oz. Outstanding use with grain swelling due to repeated contact and a handle crack. Factory applied side writing reading "Jay. Hughes 4-23-29" appears on the barrel indicating use by another player and subsequent return to Louisville Slugger to be used as a template for future orders.
