Description: 1922 World Series press pin. Original pin issued for games played at the Polo Grounds in the series which saw the Giants best Babe Ruth and the Yankees for the second year in a row. Only a single style was issued that year as the famed New York venue was home field for both teams. Blue and white enameled pin has some wear, including a small chip and some hairline cracks, on the right side. Marked "Whitehead & Hoag" on the back: GD/VGEstimated Price Range: ($1,000-$2,000)
