Description: July 24, 1918 Dazzy Vance Transfer Agreement autographed by Jacob Ruppert. 1915 dated "Uniform Agreement For Transfer of a Player" as executed between the New York Yankees and the St. Joseph Baseball Club (Western League). Vance had made his Major League debut with the Pirates earlier that year, then shifted to St. Joseph, and was then signed by The Yankees. Signed at lower right by Ruppert in fountain pen rating 8/9 out of 10. Measures 8.5"x14" with typical fold lines and a hint of other wear.
