Description: 1973 Johnny Bench "All Star Election Champion" trophy for most votes. Prestigious award as presented to Bench who received the most votes of any National League player for selection to the 1973 All-Star Team. The piece stands 18" tall with 7.5" square base. Triangular metal placard affixed to the front reads, "All Star Election Champion by Vote of the Fans All-Star Game 1973." An additional below is engraved with the name "Johnny Bench." A red, white, and blue logo appears at the top above "The Gillette Award" titling. "Balfour" label is on the underside. Hint of light scattered wear.
