Description: 1970 Baseball Player of The Year trophy from the Johnny Bench collection. Substantive trophy stands 22.5" tall with a figural batter standing atop handle trophy cup on black wooden base. An engraved metal placard affixed to the front reads "1970 Baseball's Player of The Year." Among the many accolades which Bench received for his outstanding player that season, this is certainly among the more visual given it's size.
