Plaque measures 12"x36" with a Reds team logo patch below Lucite displayed in one upper corner. A pair of applied placards read "Louisville Slugger Award by Hillerich & Bradsby" and "Johnny Bench, Cincinnati Reds, 1970 National League Home Run Champion - 45, R.B.I. Champion - 148."
