Description: 1969 Johnny Bench All-Star Game professional model baseball bat. Desirable bat dating to Bench's second All-Star Game appearance in which he hit a 2nd inning homerun and nearly repeated the feat in the 6th (denied by a leaping over the fence catch by Carl Yastrzemski). Louisville Slugger 125 model bat measures 35.5" long and weighs 33.1oz. Bench facsimile signature and "All Star Game 1969 Washington" text are impressed in the barrel. Model number "R161" is factory stamped in the knob. Uncracked with use, visible on the upper hitting surface, including several embedded stitch and ball contact marks.
