Description: 1911 Rafael Almeida autographed Cincinnati Reds contract. Original June 30, 1911 dated agreement has been signed "Rafael Almeida" at lower right in period fountain rating 8/9 out of 10. It secured his services for the Reds and he would debut on July 4th of the same year alongside Armando Marsans, together representing some of the earliest Cuban born players in baseball. Housed in 19"x19.5" display with some light visible toning and wear. Includes auction LOA from JSA: Sig. NM, Contract appears EXEstimated Price Range: ($500-$750)
