Pinstriped jersey has "Phillies" team name across the front and "Howard 12" on back. Number also appears on the left sleeve and the "Pope/Tug" and "2004 Inaugural Season" patches are on the right. Majestic tag appears on the front tail with adjacent size "54" flag tag. Properly coded wash tag is inside. Signed on the back number in marker rating 8/9 out of 10. Light evident usage and wash wear throughout. Howard appeared in just (12) games in 2004, the only in which he wore this number, and would earn Rookie of The Year honors the following season.
