Description: 2004 Jim Thome autographed Philadelphia Phillies professional model road uniform. Road gray jersey with "Phillies" team name across the front has number "25" on back below a "Thome" nameplate. The number also appears on left sleeve, right has the "Pope/Tug" and "2004 Inaugural Season" patches. Majestic tag on front tail has adjacent size "52" flag tag. Properly coded wash tag inside along with a custom sleeve length flag tag. Signed on the back number in marker rating 8/9 out of 10. Pants are likewise by Majestic with a "25 Thome 38-45 34 04" embroidered strip tag. Also includes a pair of red socks.
