Description: June 21, 1964 Jim Bunning Perfect Game ticket stub and scorecard. Original program and ticket as issued for game played at Shea Stadium in which Bunning tossed a rare Perfect Game. Program has mild wear throughout and is scored neatly in pencil (through the 7th inning), stub has light wear along with staple hole at top and a punched in hole.
