Description: Fine 1909 Pittsburgh Pirates panoramic photograph. Sweeping sepia toned photograph showing team members posed shoulder to shoulder in crisp clarity including Honus Wagner, Fred Clarke, and Vic Willis. Marked "R.W. Johnston Studios of Pittsburgh" at lower right and each player is similarly identified below their likeness. Caption within, "Pittsburgh Base Ball Club, National League Champions 1909." They would go on to meet Detroit in the World Series and claimed the Championship over Ty Cobb and the Tigers. Mounted to board and in outstanding overall condition with light even toning. A small indentation between the fifth and sixth players from the right is the only flaw worthy of mention. Exceedingly rare and highly desirable: EX-EX/MTEstimated Price Range: ($10,000-$15,000)
