Description: 1927 Babe Ruth autographed New York Yankees payroll check (PSA/DNA Authentic). June 4, 1927 dated "American League Base Ball Club" check made payable to Ruth has been signed on the front by Jacob Ruppert and Ed Barrow. On the back is a "George H Ruth" endorsement in fountain pen rating 7/8 out of 10. Check itself is toned and has mild wear throughout including a pair of vertical folds (one of which intersects the signature), a pair of pinholes at center of one edge, and some tape residue/remnants on back. A rare and desirable piece with direct relation to one of the most fabled seasons in baseball history. Encapsulated by PSA/DNA Graded Authentic: Sig.
