Description: Babe Ruth's personal lounging suit c.1940s (Direct Photo Match) Maroon satin/silk jacket has "GHR" embroidered monogram patch on the front chest. Both the jacket and pants are by Asoka & Company and were favored by Ruth while in his Riverside Ave. apartment and he can be seen in several period photographs wearing them. Mild use and some general age related wear throughout and the jacket has some holes and loose threads on either shoulder.
