Description: Babe Ruth's Mission Oak bookcase c.1930-40s. Large elongated glass door bookcase as once displayed within Babe Ruth's Riverside Drive apartment. Bookcase is fashioned in the manner of the Arts & Crafts movement style having incised decor at the top paneling with tear drop brass pulls on the bottom drawers. Typical age/handling wear including one small repair to a door molding. Size is 50" long, 48" tall, and 12" deep.
