Description: Babe Ruth ink blotter and unused personal check re-order form c.1930-40s. Thick stock cardboard blotter having impressions and ink residuals from countless Babe Ruth autographs and inscriptions. Stamped with Ritz Carlton Boston, MA insignia on the reverse having been found within Ruth's check ledger and other documents. 4"x9" with small tape residual at either end. The lot also includes a blank personal check re-order form having (3) blank Babe Ruth check templates with Chemical Bank, NY order form on the back. 8 1/2+x9+.
