Description: 1867 and 1868 "Haney's Base Ball Reference" guides (2). Pair of important early baseball guides each providing rules and illustrations showing field layout and some general playing tips. Both have had covers removed and are rebound in heavy stock/cloth covered boards. General handling and age related wear throughout includes chipping and small tears and discoloration. The 1867 edition has heavy folds to the covers and what appears to be some moisture damage.
