Desirable original ticket stub issued for the game played at the Polo Grounds in which Christy Mathewson faced Chief Bender. Matty would set a record of (28) consecutive scoreless innings of World Series pitching, carrying over from his Legendary performance in 1905, in the Giants 2-1 win. Punch cancelled with a touch of other light wear and a few unobtrusive wrinkles.
