Description: Red Schoendienst autographed 1957 Milwaukee Braves professional model road jersey (with pants) with World Series attribution. Road gray jersey has "Braves" team name across the front with number "4" below. The number also appears on back and there is a team logo patch on the left sleeve. "Wilson" tag appears on the front left tail (size 44) along with wash and "1957" embroidered year tags. In the collar is an "O'Connel" (sic) embroidered strip tag denoting player Danny O'Connell whom wore the number (4) before Red Schoendienst joined the Braves mid-season. It has been signed on the front, "Red Schoendienst 1957 W.S." in marker rating 8/9 out of 10. Also included are a pair of pants (Wilson, size 36, with "Thomson" and "1957" embroidered strip tags), stirrup socks, and a belt. Evident useage and wash wear throughout with some period team repairs to the pants. The ensemble originates from Red Schoendienst personal collection at the time of initial offering it was presented as having been "worn during the regular season and World Series."
