Description: Outstanding Lou Gehrig "hold on the bat" photograph c.1920s (PSA/DNA Type I). Sepia toned 6.5"x8.25" photographic study of Gehrig's hands is one of the more striking of its' type which we have seen or offered. Light general wear is largely confined to corners/edges which have several evenly spaced pinholes. "Underwood & Underwood" stamp appears on the back along with some handwritten notations and a typed paper caption. Includes LOA from PSA/DNA graded "Type I" and certificate of provenance from Photo File: VGEstimated Price Range: ($3,000-$5,000)
